Characteristics : Pennoni Rigati are a type of short pasta from Gragnano IGP, bronze-drawn to better preserve the sauces and slowly dried at a low temperature to keep all the nutritional and organoleptic qualities intact, with an artisanal recipe using 100% Italian wheat. The first Gragnano Pasta CERTIFIED WITHOUT pesticides and WITHOUT glyphosate through the international organization Bureau Veritas. A mixture of 5 Italian durum wheats is used, coming from the Frentane hills which, due to their geography and cool, dry climate, are among the best places in Italy. The entire 28 Pastai supply chain, from the origin of the wheat to the drying times and temperatures of the pasta, is certified and verifiable through the QR code present on each package.
