DELIZIE CALABRIA NDUJA Spicy Spreadable Salami, 135g x 6 units per box.
Features: The renowned Calabrian 'nduja: a soft, spreadable (the name comes from the French 'andouille', sausage) and very spicy sausage. This particular one is made with black pork, a prized native Calabrian breed. The predominant red color is due, in fact, to naturally dried red chili pepper, present in the mixture along with the fatty parts of the pork (belly fat, shoulder, and thigh). Ideal for spreading on bread, it is also used as a topping for pizza, toast, as a sauce for pasta, and as an ingredient for omelets.
