Features : Velas are a type of long pasta from Gragnano PGI, bronze drawn to better preserve the sauces and slowly dried at low temperature to keep all the nutritional and organoleptic qualities intact, with an artisan recipe using 100% Italian wheat. The first Gragnano Pasta CERTIFIED WITHOUT pesticides and WITHOUT glyphosate through the international body Bureau Veritas. A blend of 5 Italian durum wheats is used, coming from the Frentane hills which, due to their geography and their cool, dry climate, are among the best locations in Italy. The entire supply chain of 28 Pastai, from the origin of the wheat to the drying times and temperatures of the pasta, is certified and verifiable via the QR code present on each package.
