Features : Winner of the Top Italian Food 2023 award given by the prestigious Gambero Rosso magazine. Linguine is a type of long pasta from Gragnano IGP, bronze-drawn to better preserve the sauces and slowly dried at low temperatures to maintain all the nutritional and organoleptic qualities intact, with an artisanal recipe using 100% Italian wheat. The first Gragnano Pasta CERTIFIED WITHOUT pesticides and WITHOUT glyphosate through the international organization Bureau Veritas. A blend of 5 Italian durum wheats is used, coming from the Frentane hills which, due to their geography and their cool, dry climate, are among the best places in Italy. The entire supply chain of 28 Pastai, from the origin of the wheat to the drying times and temperatures of the pasta, is certified and verifiable via the QR code present on each package.
