It is made with brown rice, yellow and white corn, strictly GMO-free, which are softened with a natural and ancient element: steam. Thanks to the steaming process, a soft and balanced dough is gradually obtained, which is extruded through bronze dies so that the pasta remains rougher and combines perfectly with the sauce.
