DELIZIE CALABRIA NDUJA Spicy spreadable salami, 135g x 12 units
Characteristics : the renowned Calabrian nduja: a soft, spreadable sausage (the name comes from the French andouille, meaning sausage) and very spicy. This particular sausage is made from black pigs, a prized breed native to Calabria. The predominant red color is, in fact, due to the naturally dried red chili pepper present in the mixture along with the fatty parts of the pig (chincha, shoulder, and thigh). Ideal for spreading on bread, it is also used as a topping for pizza, toast, as a pasta sauce, and as an ingredient in omelets.
