Preparation and Storage
Bake to taste, preferably on a rack (without a tray) in a ventilated oven for 5 minutes at 220ºC. You can use the special oven tray on which the pinsa is placed.Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Once opened, close the container tightly, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
