Price and shipping costs
The price of the PRODUCTS is that which appears on the website on the date of placing the order. It can be viewed as INDIVIDUAL, and includes VAT and other indirect taxes, or as COMPANY and does not include VAT.

Standard shipping costs (exclusively for the Spanish peninsula) will be free on orders exceeding 80 euros (VAT included). For Portugal, on orders exceeding €80 (VAT included). Form and delivery time
All confirmed orders are delivered to the delivery address provided by the CUSTOMER.
Standard delivery times are usually between 24 hours and 72 working hours from receipt of the shipping confirmation email, and will be subject to the availability of the products and the shipping area, being delivered in any case before the legal maximum.
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no preparation, departure or delivery of orders, as a general rule, with the daily cut-off time for orders being 2:30 p.m. on the immediately preceding business day.
An order is considered delivered at the moment the carrier delivers the package(s) to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document, although due to exceptional circumstances it may be delivered without the signature of such document once the data is provided. Impossibility of delivery

Merchandise verification: incidents due to damaged products
It is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the merchandise.
In the event that, at the time of delivery, appreciable damage is detected in the packaging, the CUSTOMER must state this on the delivery note that he signs to the carrier, whenever possible.
Next, the CUSTOMER must contact BIRIBOX within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise, through the tab CONTACT . The same procedure must be followed in the event of obvious damage to the product itself once the packaging is opened, or even if the product received does not correspond to the one requested.
We will contact you as soon as possible. To facilitate the management, the client will be requested to provide proper accreditation of the incident with the following photos:
- Photo of the packages delivered (photo of packaged packages, of the complete shipment)
- Photo of the damaged merchandise (photo of the breakage detail)
- Photo of the transport label on the damaged package(s)
- Photo of the packaging (of the damaged package)
Once the incident has been managed, and after approval where appropriate by our INCIDENT center, BIRIBOX will proceed to refund the amount of the damaged product, and the customer must follow the instructions provided for this purpose.

The order cannot be canceled by the CLIENT, once payment has been made.
BIRIBOX will accept returns of products within the first 14 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise by the customer, and provided that the conditions required by Law 47/2002, which regulates the regulation of commerce, are met. The order must be returned complete, with all the units purchased that are part of each BOX.
Only returns previously authorized by BIRIBOX will be accepted. Therefore, you have to go to the CONTACT tab, fill out the fields and write us a message. In cases in which the return is due to an erroneous shipment by BIRIBOX, or derived from misleading or insufficient information in the description of the product purchased on the website, the shipping and return costs will be assumed by BIRIBOX.
In cases where the return occurs because the customer no longer wants the product, the costs of both shipping and return will be borne by the customer.
Once BIRIBOX receives the returned products and has verified their correct condition, it will proceed to refund the customer the amounts paid, deducting return costs, if applicable. Products that do not retain their original packaging or that suffer any noticeable deterioration or damage will not be paid to the customer.
Returns will be paid using the same payment method used by the CUSTOMER.
The provisions of this clause will not apply in the case of the acquisition of short-term products, which are identified on the website as "Refrigerated Product", given that in such cases the exercise of the right of withdrawal is not possible nor will a refund be accepted. the same.

No waiver by BIRIBOX of any of these Conditions or of the rights or actions derived from a contract will take effect, unless it is expressly established that it is a waiver and it is formalized and communicated to the User in writing.
If any of these Conditions are declared null and void by a final resolution issued by a competent authority, the rest of the clauses will remain in force, without being affected by said declaration of nullity.
These Conditions and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the entire agreement between the User and BIRIBOX in relation to the object of sale and replace any other pact, agreement or previous promise agreed verbally or in writing by them. parts.
