Features : Mezzi Rigatoni RUMMO Gluten-Free Pasta is an Italian delight specifically formulated for gluten-free diets. It is made with brown rice, yellow and white corn, strictly free of transgenics that are softened with a natural and ancient element: steam. Thanks to the steam process, a soft and balanced dough is gradually obtained, which is extruded through bronze dies so that the pasta is more rough and blends perfectly with the sauce. They are ideal with dense and full-bodied seasonings. Perfect with prawns, with artichoke cream, with mussels and beans.
