How do I place an order?

Too easy!
Simply:

  1. 1. Select the items you want and add them to the cart.
  2. 2. Click on 'Process order' in the basket.
  3. 3. You need to register to place an order.
  4. 4. Provide the shipping information. If you have them saved in MY ACCOUNT, the address will appear automatically. If you want to change it, in the "Saved addresses" box, select "Use new address". In the final part, you can write some delivery instructions (eg schedules) by clicking on the box.
  5. 5. Choose the shipping method.
  6. 6. Select the payment method.
  7. 7. Confirm your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

The Shopify Payments service that is available at that time may be used as a means of payment. This service may include VISA, MASTECARD, AMERICANEXPRESS, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Bizum and bank transfer.

How can I know that my data is treated securely?

We do not store card details on our servers, so payments are 100% secure.

Can I get an invoice in the name of a company? And how do I get it back?

The invoice will always be issued in the name of the registered user who places the order, so if you registered as an individual the invoice will go to your name, and if you registered as a company the invoice will go to the name of the company.
At the time of sending the order, you will receive the invoice by email and you can also download it in your Personal Account, in the ORDERS tab.

I received a product in poor condition, what should I do?

In the event that, at the time of delivery, appreciable damage is detected in the packaging, you will have to state this on the delivery note signed by the carrier.
Then, through the " CONTACT " tab, within 24 hours of receiving the goods, send us an email explaining what happened. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Return policy

Keep in mind that you will not be able to cancel an order once payment has been made, although you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt, as explained here .

Will I receive the product with the same label that I see in the photo?

The photographs, graphic or iconographic representations and videos related to the Products marketed by BIRIBOX, as well as trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind contained on the Website, are intended to provide as much information as possible, however, you must take into account Please note that they are for guidance only and, consequently, are not exhaustive.
The photos are updated when changes occur in the design of labels and formats. However, occasionally, differences may appear in the label of a recently changed product.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping costs (exclusively for the Spanish peninsula) will be free on orders that exceed the sum of 80 euros (VAT included). For Portugal, on orders that exceed the sum of €165 (VAT included). Below such sums and for the Balearic Islands, standard shipping costs will not be included in the price and will be shown before finalizing the purchase.

What transport company do you ship with?

All shipments are managed through SEUR.

How long does it take to deliver my purchase?

The standard delivery time will be between 24 and 72 working hours, always subject to the availability of the products.

How can I track my order?

You can track the shipment of your order through SEUR. The shipment identifier is the order number S V###### , click here .

Does the transport company contact me to make the delivery?

The transport company will send a follow-up email with the delivery date, for which you have to be registered on our website. It must be taken into account that the transport company is not obliged to contact the recipient by telephone to set the delivery. What the transport company must do is leave a note of "delivery attempt" if they have not located anyone at the time of it. If you have any questions, contact us by clicking on the " CONTACT " tab, it is better to manage claims through Biribox than directly with the transport company. Remember that if 5 days have elapsed since the order is available for delivery, if the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to BIRIBOX, it will be understood that you wish to withdraw from the contract and it will be considered terminated.

Does the recipient have to pay anything at the time of delivery?

No, the recipient does not have to pay anything. The shipping cost includes transport, packaging and insurance.

When is an order considered delivered?

When the carrier delivers the order and the customer signs the receipt of the delivery, although due to exceptional circumstances it may be delivered without the signature of said document once the customer provides their data (name and ID) to the carrier, or identifies themselves from the as required by it.

I want to return an item, how do I do it?

Did the item that was delivered to you not correspond to your order? Have you changed your mind and want to return an item to us?

Whenever they are products received with defects or damage to the packaging or the product received does not correspond to the one requested, you must notify us within the following 24 hours through the " CONTACT " tab on the web, as we explained to you. in the "Merchandise Verification" point of the General Conditions that you can consult here .

In all other cases, and as long as it is not about refrigerated products, click on the " CONTACT " tab, within 14 calendar days after the delivery of your order, write to us and we will tell you how to make the return.

How long do I have to return an item?

According to the General Conditions accepted at the time of placing the order, you will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the product to withdraw from the purchase of the product, in accordance with the applicable legislation. This period will not be applicable in the case of the acquisition of short-term products, which are identified on the web as "Refrigerated product".

How and when will I be reimbursed for the amount of the returned item/s?

The refund of the amount of the returned products will be made, once their status has been verified, through the same payment system used to place the order. BIRIBOX will manage the return order within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from receipt and verification of the returned products.
