Characteristics : They are excellent with pesto, but also with shellfish, lobster or cuttlefish sauce. Linguine RUMMO gluten-free pasta is an Italian delight specifically formulated for gluten-free diets. It is made with brown rice, yellow and white corn, strictly free of transgenics that are softened with a natural and ancient element: steam. Thanks to the steam process, a soft and balanced dough is gradually obtained, which is extruded through bronze dies so that the pasta is more rough and blends perfectly with the sauce.
