Serve Sabittèr Rosso with an almond flour “crusta”. To make the “crusta”, lightly wet the rim of the glass with lemon juice, run the wet rim through the almond flour, then pour Sanbittèr Rosso into the glass. To create a contrast to the red of the drink and its bitter taste, you can substitute the flour with black salt.
