Procedure for the communication of Incidents and the return of products.
Whenever they are products received with defects or damage to the packaging or the product received does not correspond to the one requested, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt, clicking on the CONTACT tab as explained in point "Merchandise Verification" of the General Conditions that you can consult here .
In all other cases, you will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the product to withdraw from the purchase of the product, in accordance with the applicable legislation. The order must be returned complete, with all the units purchased that are part of each box. This period will not be applicable in the case of the acquisition of short-term products, which are identified on the web as "Refrigerated product".
Only returns previously authorized by BIRIBOX will be accepted, following the instructions provided for collection by the carrier. In no case should the client send the merchandise to BIRIBOX by their own means.
